The first major 4C For LGBT co-sponsored event is here! This November 14th at The Rollercade (223 Recoleta), join us and our friends with Spectrum at UTSA for a rollicking night (7:30 - 10 P.M.) of queer camaraderie! The first 20 UTSA students with a UTSA ID in hand get in free! Don’t worry if you aren’t the best skater - we will also have games on site for when you take a break. Be there or be square!

With the efforts and support of the board, sponsors, volunteers, and the community, Fiesta Youth welcomes Marcos as our very own Youth Facilitator! Marcos joins us with a wealth of experience, education, and passion working with LGBTQ youth. Marcos first began his journey with Fiesta Youth over a year ago conducting research with our youth. He grew to love and appreciate the mission of Fiesta Youth and later became a dedicated volunteer. Marcos comes to us with an undergraduate degree from Duke University, two master's degrees from Rice University, and is currently a doctoral student at UTSA.
Marcos is active in various progressive political causes and is an advocate for youth issues and LGBTQ rights. We are very excited for this first step towards a bigger and brighter future for Fiesta Youth! We know this is just one of the many milestones Fiesta Youth is destined to achieve.
